Colin McGinnis serves as an Operating Partner for Conflow Energy US.

Mr. McGinnis brings three decades of leadership experience and a well-rounded and diverse perspective on how to effectively plan, improve processes and successfully execute for our clients and our team.  

Prior to joining Conflow USA, Mr. McGinnis provided strategic consulting services through CM Mountain Consulting to clients in the retail, manufacturing, and service industries. In his role, Mr. McGinnis led initiatives on cost control, operational efficiency, procurement, energy management and process improvement.

Mr. McGinnis also brings thirty years of experience in senior leadership and decision-making roles, for multiple large retailers and one of the largest facilities providers in North America. He has held leadership roles in Operations, Procurement, Store Development, Workforce Management, Process Improvement, Facilities, Energy and Compliance. During his tenure, he oversaw teams ranging in size from a few to several thousand. His responsibilities have included; overseeing budgets in excess of a billion dollars, managing indirect spend of more than $2.5 billion dollars, leading a facilities and energy organization accountable for more than 8000 locations with $300 million in annual spend, and guiding a store development organization completing over fifteen hundred projects on an annual basis. His ability to build strong teams, develop future leaders and promote an atmosphere of teamwork and creative thought have led to successful outcomes and recognition throughout his career.
